Any one heard of it?? I got it of TVSN, its designed for controling BSLs but its basically a pretty good protien drink, I brought it because Ive been terrible with skipping breakfast lately so Ive been having one at breaky and one at arvo tea, then having a good size lunch and a smaller evening meal, but its actually doing me wonders giving me more energy and what not, anyway I just thought Id ask if anyone else has heard of it?

I've heard of it before and I just checked out the nutritional info and it looks OK to me. Its basically just a protein powder just like the regular ones you buy. The only thing if you're having it as a meal replacement made with water maybe you should add some carbs as it only has 4.5g per serve.

I've never heard of it before but it is a good idea to have it in the morning if your not a breaky eater.
