well i had another small victory tonight and im so proud of myself.
my boyfriend & i were out all day, so today i only ate:
a CS shake
so by the time we got home i was STARVING.
boyfriend decided to have pizza & i really really wanted it, so i decided to have 2 slices with salad.
i know its not that good for me, but i figure only having 2 slices and having some salad is better for me than eating just pizza and eating heaps more,or not having it and getting upset (and feel like i am missing out and then more than likely giving up my diet!)
Thats it You made the best of a bad situation Everything in moderation is what you have to remember And you're right, its better to have a bit and not feel like you're missing out, than to feel deprived and binge Good on you! xx
