i am having for lunch box noodles... its my treat lunch for the week.
but i am not sure how many cals it would roughly ammount to...

i am shocking at working calorie king..

they are thin egg noodles in a mongolian sauce with veges no meat or tofu...

if anyone could givve me a rough estimate I would be very grateful

hi jo

is it one of those normal sort of noodle box sizes?

calking has one cup of fried noodles (not rice) at 280 cals. i'm guessing one of those noodle boxes holds maybe 1.5- 2 cups?

Hehe I was thinking about 500 to 600 for the lot... that was just a guess though

It's always better with these things to overestimate rather than underestimate, just to be on the safe side.

yeah, i was being overly cautious!!

the vegies won't put it up much so i guess it's mostly the noodles that you have to count! calking also has a mongolian sauce (kantong) at 64 cals per serving...

so in the end...i'm really just agreeing with sarah!

enjoy jo - sounds like a yummy treat :)
