Question bout eggs!?

I have never liked eggs until recently!Honestly in the last four months i have fallen in love with them.they keep me fuller for longer but how many eggs are you meant to eat in a having like nearly 7/8 a week!is this bad?

im also a bit of a cooking idiot can you make scrambled eggs with just egg white?I know the yolk is the 'naughty' part. Im confused!help!

ive heard you shouldnt have more than 6 eggs a week and that the yolk is the part with the most calories in it. however if i have eggs i always have the yolks because theyre my favourite bits hehe

Im sure Ive read somewhere that you can eat a egg a day if you dont have a cholestrol problem

Hate to tell you... but from everything I have read you are only supposed to eat 2 eggs a week. Sad but true!

Nah, the 2 egg a week rule is out, you can have around 1 a day like Jody said :) The belief used to be that you couldn't eat many because of the cholesterol but that's gone out the window now! Eat up, they are full of protein and good for you :D

Egg white you can eat as much as you want. I don't know if you can make scrambeled egg white i never tried before, I always make an omellete with the white.

I generally if I'm doing scrambled eggs put one yolk to three whites. Otherise it gets a bit rubbery IYKWIM; but that could be just the way I cook them.
