Now, from what I hear, the main ingredient in the shakes like in TF etc is whey protein powder. I just bought some whey protein powder from the health food shop (just loose pure whey protein). And apparently (according to google) it's supposed to be really beneficial in evening out blood sugar levels and building muscle and metabolising fat.... anyone have any input?
Also, if anyone has used it (the pure stuff rather than the flavoured shakes/sachet things), can I just sprinkle it on my breakky for example?
Also, would say, 1tp be about right per day? - they all give grams and stuffed if I'm working out how many grams a tsp is
