Oh ok. The calories on calorie king never seem to be accurate though.

I made tacos last night and on the box it said 2 tacos were 1200kj made with lean beef, and on calorieking they say its 1300 for ONE!

Eek, Who do i believe?

I'd believe the higher one. Do you enjoy your food counting cals Ella? ... I know I completely stopped enjoying food when I was obsessing about kjs and cals. I saw food as a bad thing, and would obsess about what I would "spend" my kjs on. It was so time consuming... and I would be distracted during the day even when I was at work or with friends, calculating what I was going to have, plus I always felt I was depriving myself because a lot of what I wanted to eat was techincally high in cals. I lose more weight eating what I want because I'm happier. Hehe sorry about the reminiscing.

was it the same brand and weight?

Sometimes with CK I can't find the brand of the food that I'm eating so I go the the all type option and it's usually higher than what the nutritional table says on the food. Ie bread.

I'm trying to keep away from a lot of processed food
