must be a queensland restaurant? i know what an enchilada is. i take it it is a mexican themed restaurant? steer clear of the cocktails!!! lol. remember that events like your hubbys birthday etc are once in a year events. relax a little and you will find that sensible choices will be easier to make.

I'll go through the whole menu for you...

MAINS:

Chilli con carne (without sour cream)
Amigos delight
Burrito
Tostada (no cheese)
Enchilada
Any of the salads (dressing on side)
Any of the steaks (plus salad and vegetables)
Any of the fajitas (SOUND DELICIOUS!)

ENTREE:

Salsa dip

I've been VERY strict. You may want to have a little more fun. Just be careful of the cheese (generally at Mexican restaurants they go overboard), sour cream and garlic butter. People forget the fat content of these things! It sounds like you will have a great night. Let me know how it goes!!!
To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to inspire you - Myself (Lauren)

that menu made me feel so hungry!!

i agree with lauren.

my own rule is that if i'm in doubt, i'll go with a grilled steak (or similar - grilled lamb fillet, chicken breast etc) and salad or vegies. this way i have a better idea of what ingredients they've used than if i get something that comes with a sauce etc.

the fajitas do sound delish though!
