Actually boost juice keeps you full for a while. I think it's a combination of the fact it takes ages to drink (like an hour for me, I can carry it around for that long :oops: ), and also the coldness factor, seems to keep me satisfied.

boost have a brekky to go which is muesli honey and milk all blended up, not to my taste but some people love it :P

Boost juice has way too many ww points for me to have them! Plus i think it would partly be a mental thing for, as in, 'i havent eaten, so i must be hungry' But thanks for the suggestion as you never know what wil work for someone else.

I put some tins of tuna and small chicken boobs on the shopping list, and i'll have a look at porridge and check some labels out.

I have been making my own trail mix which keeps me full.

3 tablespoons of sultanas and a serve of walnuts. This fills me up and is a good healthy snack.

Just a suggestion.

The sultanas are good for sweet cravings. :D

LOL at chicken boobs.

I love sultanas and used to have dried fruit and nuts as a snack but i've discovered it, er, has some, er, interesting effects on the other end. :oops: So i've stopped eating them as much now
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
