I have developed a bad habit lately when im bored at work i'll have 1/2 glass milk with like 5-6 teaspoons of milo on top.

This is very bad yes?

Eek. I have to stop, but its like im addicted!

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Oh yeah! Maybe he/she likes Milo too...

So terribly bad for me? Im too scared to read the calorie content.

:lol: i looked for you....cal king says 109 cals for 5 heaped teaspoons (and that's what they consider a serving)...so with half a glass of skinny milk, it'd come to about 155-165 cals maybe?

My milo binge came to 1453.2kj.

Milo is a godsend :D

I used to drink milo every morning before swimming training... then I stopped for a year or two and now I'm a happy little milo-mite again! hehe. I've started drinking milo at work instead of tea, because it keeps me full.

yeah i shouldn start drinking it hot, with only 2 teaspoons of milo hehe.

I do 2tsp when I have it. 5tsp is WAAYYY too much for me.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

I actually do mugs usually... with, uh, 2 or 3 tablespoons. So yeah :D

Hey Ella just a practical suggestion if your bored and wanting to snack maybe you could try chupa chups (lolly pops) im on a bit of a fad at the moment cos they last for ages, are sweet, and only 195kj (46cals) each! :D

Evertytime i hear or read something about milo i just have to break out singing.. My mum gives me milo to go and go and go..
