I checked this out at the supermarket today - Ovaltine actually has less kj than milo - milo seems to be the highest per 100g!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hehe the only time i had ovaltine as a kid was at afterschool care... maybe that's why i hate it :P

i remember the little ovaltine lollies theyre the only sweet thing they had in our school canteen in primary school
