ok guys another bread question.
My mum was on at me for eating too much bread this morning.
Some days I have four slice. Either 2 slice for breaky and always 2 slices (with peanut butter & honey) for my afternoon snack.
I get so hunger around the 4pm mark and I usually go for a run/walk in the early evening so I figure this is ok right
Am I eating too much bread
On Ck it pushes my carb limit way over but I'm not worried about this.
I'm not scared of carbs cos my diet is mostly good carbs i.e lots of fresh fruit and vegies and legumes.
