OMG Week 4 alreadyyyyyy !!!!

So we definitely survived easter and are well on track to smash our 12wk goals ! Keep up the fantastic work everyone :D

My weigh in day today.

Start of 12 week challenge weight, 2/3/08 = 76.3kgs
Week 1, 9/3/08 = 76kgs
week 2, 16/3/08 = 75kgs
Week 3, 23/3/08 = 75kgs
Week 4, 30/3/08 = 74.5kgs

Loss of 1.8kg

End of 12 week challenge goal = 66kgs, 8.5kgs to lose in 9 weeks!

Hei! Helen..Don't worry about your over weight! It is nothing when you forget.This is How? means when you sleep you will forget your heavy body.So try to for get your negative thought and be positive in thinking.Always remember that you are active,you are dynamic,you are doing your job easily and interestingly.Enjoy you daily activities.You enjoy yourself by comparing a person more weight than you,you are slimmer than her and so on.Thus you can forget the fact and you enjoy the fact. This attitude can be attained by adapting Indian 'Yoga' which consists of 'Pranayama'(The Breathing Exercises),'Yoga Postures'( Doing slowly with slow breathing rhythem),and 'Dhyana',Meditation(concentrating on breath only).
There is another most effective method is 'creative Visualization' technique where you will first go to level and visualize yourself as a slim figure ,you are observing yourself in a vertical long mirror with vital statisticals ie.36-23-36 or as you like. At this time your most loving friend enter your room ,see you and shout loudly..oh how slender you are,how beautiful you are ,so attracting and so on. After some time your Hubby see and embrace you with love and interest. In the afternoon you attend a function,and there everybody express their joy,wonders about you slimming etc.With sweet remembers you will go to sleep and in the sleep also you dream as you are stunning slim beauty! This type of day dreaming workout centpercent without any doubt. Strong faith do the Miracle! yup might just work.. while I'm day dreaming about being slim do you reckon it'd be ok to munch on a cherry ripe or two and drink a maccas thick shake? - maybe if I concentrate enough it'll be a banana I'm eating with a nice glass of spring water :wink:

I actually found their post a little offensive .... but pfft I mean "after some time my husband will embrace me with love and interest ?!?!" like WTF he already does .... isnt it amazing how people automatically assume that over weight people are not happy in their marriage and that there is no intimacy :roll: :roll: :roll:

If I could day dream myself thin, do you honestly think I would be here ? I mean seriously ... :roll:
