Week 1- 15 Mar- 83.6
Week 2- 22 Mar- 82.8
Week 3- 29 Mar- 82.4
Week 4- 05 Apr- 81.2
Week 5- 12 Apr- 81.6
Week 6- 19 Apr- 81.6

No change from last week although i did go up in weight and back down during the week.

I am cruising ok, I will not do a weigh-in next week until thursday or friday, which buys me and extra 3 or 4 days to lose an extra kilo or so :P

I just realised that I was weighing in at the beginning of the week rather than the end, so my data was slightly out, but not to worry.

I am finding it really hard to keep myself focused at the moment. I am being invited around to friends houses for dinner almost every other day to catch up after my trip. Last nights menu was

anti-pasto nibblies
minestroni
lasagne, salad, potato dauphinois
apricot danish with custard and cream

My friends are trying to kill me with love.

It's always hard when you start getting invited out ! How's the gym going ?

I seem to have forgotten where the gym is located.

I have been twice since i got back, but my sleep patterns have only just come back into my Australian pattern. When I was overseas i was not getting to bed until 2 or 3am and getting up at 9.30ish. Work didnt start until midday. Now I am back here and i am trying to go to bed at 11 so I can get up at 5am, 6am at the latest, and my body is getting annoyed. All back on track now though, will go to the gym in the morning.
