I am cruising ok, I will not do a weigh-in next week until thursday or friday, which buys me and extra 3 or 4 days to lose an extra kilo or so
I just realised that I was weighing in at the beginning of the week rather than the end, so my data was slightly out, but not to worry.
I am finding it really hard to keep myself focused at the moment. I am being invited around to friends houses for dinner almost every other day to catch up after my trip. Last nights menu was
