Fantastic work CB thats great! and of course Tania still doing a great job.
Weighing in at 72.4kg this week, which is a loss of 900g, So far in this challenge, I've lost 1.4kg.
Was hoping to have lost 2 by now but I'll get there!

Starting weight (16/06/08) is 119.5kg

WEEEK ONE- 118.8kg (down 0.7kg, need to loose more then 1kg next week to stay on track)
WEEK TWO- 118.8kg (well i put on weight but got back down to my last week weigh in, better luck next week)

hey guys, yeah ive had a bad last week and end up putting on weight on monday i was back at 120kg and i refused to post that, ive got back down to my last week weigh in of 118.8kg when i weighed in this morning..

i put it down to not exercising enough, but maybe im not eating enough either.. Calorie King says i should be budgeting to 2000 calories a day which i believe is a bit too high im not eating anything like that..
well this is what my mean plan for today and see what you think??
breakie- apple and tub of yogurt
lunch- chicken and salad wrap
dinner- soup with 2 slice bread, and 4 dim sims (love the work dim sims lol)
snack-fruit
and by the time i add in 25 minutes on the treadmil to calorie king it brings my calories down to 900 and im sopose to be eating 2000, so should i double this eating plan for today (lol im kiddin) to eat my 2000 calories.. ha ha

so how are you guys all doing this week???? :D :D

Great to hear from you Anthony.Dont worry about the gain just focus on now and future,you will get back on track in no time.Im not sure about your calorie intake but your breakfast seems a lil small.Everything else seems ok i just thought maybe a bigger breakfast might be good.I usually have cereal toast juice and fruit for breakfast.Calorie king told me to budget 2000 cals as well then told me to up it another 250 i was like whoa :shock: i cant even get to 1000 :lol:

Sorry i have been a slacker on here lately.... Congrtas on teh weight losses guys :D

Athony, losing what you put on was better then leaving it on heyIYKWIM, your doing great, keep up the good work..

Soo, i HAd been good keeping up cals on calorie king then last night.. lets say we had teh outlaws for tea and we had tacos, softdrink, a mango cheesecake.. :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: im not even going to bother with CK after that lot! (will get back to it tomorrow), was silly really, but it is life, i did it, i ate it, and now its time to move on, i do not expect a loss thsi week, if anything a gain from what i ate,...


BUT, its ok, i used to let thsi kind of slip up get to me and it would lead to a week long binge and im ok this time. I think im getting better at dealign with set backs, so i have been learnign something :roll: :roll:

Heres toa good weigh in for everyone this week :D

Dont worry CM im sure 1 night wont do that much damage,you might just get a surprise when you weigh i know i have done that before for example just last week i had pizza then a different day i had cinnamon donuts and a few other small bad things eg chips choc :oops: and thought oh man but then lost 1.8 so dont worry too much about one slip up.COngrats on not letting it get to you,just forget it and worry about today :)

For exercise my main form is walking, i dont drive so me and the two kids walk almost every day.Today is the only day this week we havent walked. If my partner gets home from work earlier enough he will watch the two kids and i go for a fast walk/jog in the arvo, this only happens maybe two three times a week if im lucky tho..

I was doing sit ups/star jumps etc, but had to slow that down as it was really hurting my scar (My son was born via emergnecy cesarean a year ago).

I had an exercise bike and lost 15 kgs on it, but it stuffed up and so we got a refund and i miss it like crazy!!

My sister has a treadmill which is here now. It was great when Patrick was a baby he'd be in the jolly jumper and i could run, however now he just wants to crawl all over it when i run.. then when i tried to use it at night id wake him up! Now its in a differnt room and if i am just walking/slow jogging it doesnt wake the kids up so i walk on that, however i prefer walking out doors better :D

I mainly walk also,1 hour morning 1 hour afternoon.If its raining or for some reason i cant go i have a walk aerobics dvd (series of 3) 3 different levels.I have an exercise bike that i use if im desperate lol i hate it sooooo much.I would love to join a gym but the town i live in is very small no gym here, the closest is about 75kms away and with the price of fuel and then gym fees i couldnt afford it :( .

2 HOURS OF WALKING A DAY... omg i wish i had time for that, censored hey. im pushini poweg to fit in half an hour on the treadmil a day.. although i make the most of that half an hour on the treadmil, push myself to the limit..
my closest gym is half an hour away, i hope to join that once i get down to 110kg..

Breakfast: cereal like weetbix or porridge i use light milk not skim as its yuk(better for you i know)
toast with free cheese or peanut butter no margarine,piece fruit and small glass juice.
Lunch: i have pasta or rice and meat or chicken,or meat and vegies.I try to have the bigger meal at lunch then just have a small dinner.Sometimes i have a salad sandwich or wrap.If i only have a sandwich ill have a bigger dinner:)
Dinner:A weight watchers meal or a home made pizza with the kebab bread or meat and vegies depends on what lunch i had
Snacks: fruit,ktime bar small handful mixed fruit and nuts.
