2kg in the last week, your killing this!! i hope i can get back on the wagon soon and keep up with ya. im loosing like 0.3kg a week, havnt had the time and energy to put in 110% but thats changing...

hopefully i can start strong this week

Thanks Anthony .Im probably not as busy as some of you guys so i have time to concentrate on eating properly and exercising.
