Well I am at the same weight as last week, 80.5kg, but I'm actually quite happy with that! Had my weekend away with the boy and ate too much bad food, but still got in some healthier foods and some excercise, so I'm happy to have maintained the same weight! I think I must have put on some muscle too, because the girl at Glassons insisted I try on a size 10 pair of pants when they didnt have a 12 (with me assuring her they would not fit of course), but suprisingly enough they did fit! They looked pretty horrid and didnt suit me at all, but I'm suprised they did up. Also bought a size 12 shirt from there that is quite loose, so all in all, I'm pretty happy with all the exercise I've been doing. If in the end I loose hardly any weight, but feel better about myself and get fitter then I'll be happy!

Congrats on everyone's weightlosses this week!!
