I haven't been doing the C25km for the last week as i stuffed my knees up
so i took a few days off last week.
I was pondering some goal measurements last night and came up with:Neck:
85-90cm (10-15cm to loose)Waist:
72cm (17cm to loose)hips:
90cm (17cm to loose)bum:
95cm (16cm to loose)Left arm:
50cm (17.5cm to loose)Right thigh:
50cm (18.5cm to loose)
Have my first 4 week check in this week - i know i have lost some cm. Dont know whether i should weight as my scales are crap and i dont want to obsess over scales. I would like to get some decent ones, but they will have to wait for a while.
Went to the gym on Friday and Sunday and did 30 mins on level 5 hill program on the x-trainer - just about killed myself!! Yesterday i also did the upper body weights and stomach crunches plus some leg lift things. Thinking i might grab some ankle weights this week for my crunches and leg stuff as i do my stomach exercises by lifting my legs up rather then the upper body.
The knees still niggle a bit, but mostly when i sit in one position for to long.
Will be aiming for Monday, Tuesday and Friday at the gym this week. I remembered this morning that i have 2 xmas parties this week on wednesday and thursday.
