I'm starting my own 12 week challenge.
My goal is to lose 10kgs.
My 12 week challenge begins 1st Jan and will end 19th March 2009.
My plan:
-Count kj's
-exercise: gym 5 x's a week
-keep food and exercise diary
-measure progress: measurements and scales
I'll come on here tomorrow & log my starting weight.
