Just joined! I was thinking to myself this morning that I needed motivation, started googling 12 week challenges and came across this website!! I'm in!

I've just joined so haven't weighed in, will do tomorrow and will post my goal weight as well.

Im going for a kilo a week through increased movement and watching what I eat. More would be nice but getting back out of triple digits is the first part.

(10 kg loss in 12 weeks should be doable!!!)
Ultimate weight loss goal: 60kgs

Starting weight is 90.4kg. Plan to exercise at least 3 times a week. Tonight will be the first time for the week.

Start stats and goals

Weight
Start: 73.5kg
Weekly goal: lose more than half a kilo
12 week goal: 65kg

Exercise
Start: I can jog close to 3km at a fairly cruisey pace
Weely goal: 3 training sessions, one 3km+ jog on my own, and at least one extra workout which can be anything
12 week goal: 4.3km fun run in November, no walking

Diet
Start: have MOSTLY been sticking to "3 square meals a day" but have been bad the last week
Weekly goal: No more than 3 things per week I wish I hadn't eaten, at least 15L of water, and a green tea every morning
12 week goal: find these ^ habits easy(er)

I'm glad I found this right in time. I need some extra support and motivation to get my butt in gear.

12 week goal - 105

I plan on going to the gym 4-5 times a week and continue to work on making the right food choices.
