Start stats and goals
Weight
Start: 73.5kg
Weekly goal: lose more than half a kilo
12 week goal: 65kg
Exercise
Start: I can jog close to 3km at a fairly cruisey pace
Weely goal: 3 training sessions, one 3km+ jog on my own, and at least one extra workout which can be anything
12 week goal: 4.3km fun run in November, no walking
Diet
Start: have MOSTLY been sticking to "3 square meals a day" but have been bad the last week
Weekly goal: No more than 3 things per week I wish I hadn't eaten, at least 15L of water, and a green tea every morning
12 week goal: find these ^ habits easy(er)
