i get officially weighed at a healthy lifestyle group I attend, its at night fully clothed.
on tuesday nights.
the weight they had me last tuesday was 162.9kilos.
will report the weight this coming tuesday.

Goal weight: 70kg but if I can stay under 75kg I'll be happy.

ok start weight was 162.6kilos.
weighed in last night at 161.9
not quite the loss I had hoped for, but a loss nonetheless.

my goal for the 12 week challenge is 12 kilos, so to hit 150, which is christmas right?

Uh yeah I meant 78kg as a starting weight. I think I got a bit too excited there.

Starting Weight - 75 Kgs
Ending Weight - 60 Kgs
(Hoping to lose between 1 Kg to 1 1/2 Kgs a week)

Hi All, I'm a mum of 3 kids
One that is 15wks old. :P 1yr and 5yrs
I'm up for the challenge, I've been recently slack but will now put that behind me :wink:

Starting weight: 75kg
Mini Goal: 70kg in 4wks
Major Goal: 67kg in 8wks
Ulimate Goal: 63kg in 12wks

Hello everyone

Official weights are as follows:

Start weight - 96.9kg
Goal weight - 88.9kg

I have made my goal to lose 8kg for the challenge as I am going to hospital and I am not sure what recovery will be like, but I will be trying to lose more!

Good Morning everyone!

so here are my figures: starting weight 97.5kg and my goal weight for the end of the 12 week challenge is 85kg.

im very pumped and am hoping this is the kick up the bum I need! wish me luck!!
