You guys are doing fantastically...I will jump in here.
I weigh in on Mondays so this Monday my weight was
69.4 Kg
I aim to lose 500 grams at least per week so my goal is to be 64.9 Kg by the end of this challenge...I hope I can get there.
I am also doing measuring but mainly for myself to check if there is movement in CMs even if there isn't in weight...the challenge for me wont be a total failer if I have lost quite a few CMs
