so despite the fact that i did a fair bit of exercise and watched what i ate this week, i didnt sleep particularly well for a few nights and my back reacted to it so i put on the 200 grams i lost last week.

must remember to take time for my back to recover between training

Total Lost 2.7kg

My Grandma has come to visit this week and she is an excellent cook. I think that I will really need to do a bit of exercise to catch up after she leaves...

Finally found the threads for the weekly weigh ins for this thing - wasn't easy to find, cos it wasn't clear that the threads were in "Special Topics"... anyway, I'm here now!

I started in late on this challenge - a week late, so my starting date was 5th October.

SW: 83kg
Current: weighed in today at 80.1
Goal: 70kg

So just around 10kg to go in the next 8 weeks. :roll:

My Weigh in this week is 64.5kg :D :D :D
Week 1: 67.7
Week 2: 66.7 1kg loss :D
Week 3: 65.7 1kg loss :D
Week 4: 64.5 1.2kg loss :D

Total lost in challenge: 3.2kg
Total lost from the start of my own challenge: 5.5kg 8)

I am really happy with my losses!! I have now reached halfway of my original goal to loose 10kg by Christmas (SW 70kg)!!!

I excercise 3 times a week on the treadmill doing between 3 and 5 km at a time and i have cut down my portion sizes and reduced my carb intake at nights.

Well done everyone and keep going!!

BIG weekend, had a mate come up see me I haven't caught up with for a while and well I had yesterday off as a sickie, you can imagine.. :shock:

Beer should have flushed by tomorrow, will return then or thereabouts..

ok so here goes
week 1: 97.5
week 2: 96.7
week 3: 97.3 +.6kg
week 4: 96.9 -.4kg
ok so I actually have no idea what I am doing wrong. I have SLOGGED my guts out this week i exercised hard every day ate correctly ALL week and this is the loss I get. i lost 1 cm off my waist and 4 off my belly button and according to my scales i have decreased my body fat by 3%. its all just really disheartening!!! im not quite sure what to do!! but congrats to all you guys with fab losses well done!

Not a big weight loss this week, striving for another kg by next week :)

I started week 3 but I was already doing my own challenge so I will in put the data from then too :)

Week 1: 70.9 Kg
Week 2: 69.6 Kg (-1.3)
Week 3: 69.4 Kg (-0.2)
Week 4: 69.4 Kg (-0.0)

As you can see I have hit a dead end I am eating well and exercising but not losing any weight...I have written elsewhere on this site I am going to keep going the way I am for another 2 weeks and if I am still not losing I am going to try to do the C25K which kills me!

On the up side I havn't gained...but then again why should I have when I have been eating well...

As per my sig I have given up all beverages apart from water, herbal tea, and vege juice...I am dieing the lack of caffiene is catching up on me!!!

weighed in at 79.6 today - pretty stoked to be under 80! 9.6kg to go in 8 and 1/2 weeks... :roll:
