Thought that I would kick off this week.

Week One: 94.3kg
Week Two: 92.4kg
Week Three: 92.4kg
Week Four: 91.6kg
Week Five: 93.4kg

Total Lost 0.9kg

Have had a week full of celebrations and have overindulged, but I will be trying harder this week.

Mini GW: 88kg
Total GW: 61.2kg

I'm at 79.7 today, only about .4 or so down from last week. I'm only up to week 4 of my challenge as I started late...

Week 1: 83.1 (5th October)
Week 2: 80.9
Week 3: 80.1
Week 4: 79.7

I have a one week challenge ahead of me to get to my October Goal - 78kg! Anywhere in the 78's will be fine with me.

Big progress for some of you guys :)

Week1 : 113.2kg
Week2 : 111.5kg (-1.7)
Week3 : 111.6kg (+0.1)
week4 : 110.5kg (-1.1)
Week5 : 110.0kg (-0.5)

Weight lost for the challenge 3.2kg (-2.83% original weight)

Goal Weight at end of 12 weeks : 99kg
weight required to loose 11kg

All up - 1.8kgs lost

I personally don't think this is good enough. At the rate I'm going I'll be nowhere near my goal. Hmmm time to re-evaluate what I'm doing.

Original starting weight before challenge 70kg :x

Week 1: 67.7 Starting weight
Week 2: 66.7 1kg loss :D
Week 3: 65.7 1kg loss :D
Week 4: 64.5 1.2kg loss :D
Week 5: 63.7 800g loss :D

Total loss on challenge 4kg :D :D
ONLY 3.7kg to go WOO HOO 8)

Here are my stats;

Week 1: 70.9 Kg
Week 2: 69.6 Kg (-1.3)
Week 3: 69.4 Kg (-0.2)
Week 4: 69.4 Kg (-0.0)
Week 5: 68.2 Kg (-1.2) :)

Finally a lose although I have just put on a heap since Monday but I have been drinking ALOT of water and I have read at first it can take your body a little while to get rid of it??

87.9 kg

7.2% bone
33.0% muscle
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
