Finally Halfway!

Week One: 94.3kg
Week Two: 92.4kg
Week Three: 92.4kg
Week Four: 91.6kg
Week Five: 93.4kg
Week Six: 91.9kg

Total Lost 2.4kg.

Had a going away party last night and ate way to much bread and drank a lot of soda water last night so I'm hoping that some of the weight this week is water weight.

Mini GW: 88kg (Only 3.9kg to go!)
Total GW: 61.2kg

Week2 : 111.5kg (-1.7)
Week3 : 111.6kg (+0.1)
week4 : 110.5kg (-1.1)
Week5 : 110.0kg (-0.5)
Week6 : 109.5kg (-0.5)

Weight lost for the challenge 3.7kg (-3.27% original weight)

Goal Weight at end of 12 weeks : 99kg
weight required to loose 10.5kg

was on track on Tuesday/Wednesday, but after a heavy cheat meal on Thursday night, I have jumped up from 109 :mrgreen:

All up - 2.1kgs lost

Haven't had big losses really...

We seem to be doing really well guys!!!! Congratulations to those who had loses for last week and for those who didn't, this week is a new week!

Here are my stats;

Week 1: 70.9 Kg
Week 2: 69.6 Kg (-1.3)
Week 3: 69.4 Kg (-0.2)
Week 4: 69.4 Kg (-0.0)
Week 5: 68.2 Kg (-1.2)
Week 6: 67.5 Kg (-0.7)

I am really excited about that because last Wednesday I actually weighed 69.2 Kg on Wednesday last week after weighing 68.2 for half a day on Monday :( So I lost 1.7 Kg in one week, wed-wed!!!

Have been so excited about the exercise I have been doing and cant wait to continue it!
SW: 87.7 kg
CW: 67.3 Kg
GW: 60.0 kg

Current: 91.0 Kg this morning
Loss: 6.0 Kg
Aim: *86.0 Kg - by Dec 17th
To go: 5.0Kg

*pushed out from original 87.0 Kg for this challenge..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)

Hips 110 - 101 (down 9cm)
Mid Arm 33 - 29.5 (down 3.5cm)
Mid Thigh 55.5 - 54.7 (down .8cm)
Triceps 32 - 17 (down 15cm)
Biceps 16 - 10 (down 6cm)

PINCH test
Umbilical 41 - 20 (down by 21)
Subscapular 31.5 - 14 (down by 17.5)
Suprailium 39 - 19 (down 20)
Thigh 44 - 22 (down 22)
Calf 26.5 - 15 (down 11.5)
Lean Mass Kg 44.9 - 54.4 (up 9.5kg - this is a GOOD thing!)
Body Fat Kg 31 - 13.6 (down 17.4kg)

Week 3 - away and unable to weigh in

Week 6: 07-Nov-10 - taken at a different time of day by necessity and the day after an extreme event with very different eating

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
