I have been looking at my previous entries and it seems that I always seem to have a few bad days a week and I figure that this must really be putting me off losing weight.
So for the coming week I resolve to do the following 10 things:
1. Drink 2L of Water a day
2. No Soft drinks
3. No Chocolates
4. No Chips
5. No Takeaway Food
6. Write down everything that I eat
7. Plan ahead with food
8. Eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day
9. Make an effort to exercise at lease 30 minutes a day (the dogs would love to walk more)
10. Not weigh myself until next Sunday
