Week 7; 08/11/2010-14/11/2010

Week One: 94.3kg
Week Two: 92.4kg
Week Three: 92.4kg
Week Four: 91.6kg
Week Five: 93.4kg
Week Six: 91.9kg
Week Seven: 92.0kg :(

Total Lost 2.3kg.

I have been looking at my previous entries and it seems that I always seem to have a few bad days a week and I figure that this must really be putting me off losing weight.
So for the coming week I resolve to do the following 10 things:
1. Drink 2L of Water a day
2. No Soft drinks
3. No Chocolates
4. No Chips
5. No Takeaway Food
6. Write down everything that I eat
7. Plan ahead with food
8. Eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day
9. Make an effort to exercise at lease 30 minutes a day (the dogs would love to walk more)
10. Not weigh myself until next Sunday

Mini GW: 88kg
Total GW: 61.2kg

I know how hard it is when you get those maintaining weeks but you are doing really well...

I do the same thing as you...if I seem to be stalling I bring it in, get really strict but not strict to the point where it is all too much and then I let a bit out here and there and see how things go...I usually find where I am going wrong there.

As for me this week.

Week 1: 70.9 Kg
Week 2: 69.6 Kg (-1.3)
Week 3: 69.4 Kg (-0.2)
Week 4: 69.4 Kg (-0.0)
Week 5: 68.2 Kg (-1.2)
Week 6: 67.5 Kg (-0.7)
Week 7: 66.5 Kg (1.0)

Finally another loss above a few hundred grams...thought I sense a stall coming on...it seems to be the way, 1 Kg off my goal weight!

Total lost 4.4 Kg

Hi everyone
Bit of a downer....
Had a week off work and had a birthday party and not much excercise :(
Week 7 64.5kg :( :?

Original starting weight before challenge 70kg

Week 1: 67.7 Starting weight
Week 2: 66.7 1kg loss
Week 3: 65.7 1kg loss
Week 4: 64.5 1.2kg loss
Week 5: 63.7 800g loss
Week 6: No weigh in
Week 7: 64.5 800g GAIN!! :evil:

Back on track now I hope, 5 weeks to loose 4.5kg.....

Well I know exactly how everyone feels - I seem to be having an awesome Sunday to Tuesday when eating but then go down hill onwards from that. This will explain why I only seem to be losing 400-500grms per week, imagine how awesome I'd be if I were good the WHOLE time, I would have lost 5kgs not the measily 2.6kgs that I have lost!!

Starting weight: 74.9kgs
Week 7: 72.3kgs

My aim is to be at least a kg lighter next week and no beer, takeaways, chippies and crap!!!!

Well done to everyone.

PS - is it just me or have people given up on the challenge?

Hmmmm It does seem like people have given up but there is still quite a few people looking at the forum. I'm here for the long run though - I have a lot to lose :-D

Loss: 6.6 Kg
Aim: *86.0 Kg - by Dec 17th
To go: 4.4Kg

*revised from 87 Kgs, we'll see how that goes..

Theres always people drop out on these challenges.. having said that there's a few of us that have been putting our scores on the board later in the week so I still think theres a hard core of us still firing on most cylinders.. 8)

Around about now is about right for drop outs, but that's no problem, challenges work for some, not for others.

Week 2: 09-Oct-10
Weight: 88.5kg
Fat: 33.6%
Water: 48.4 %
Muscle: 33.0%

Week 3 - away and unable to weigh in

Week 4: 23-Oct-10
Weight: 87.9kg
Fat: 33.6%
Water: 48.4 %
Muscle: 33.0%
Bone: 7.2%

Week 5: 30-Oct-10
87.9 kg
33.0% fat
48.9% water
7.2% bone
33.0% muscle

Week 6: 07-Nov-10 - taken at a different time of day by necessity and the day after an extreme event with very different eating
88.4 kg
33.4% fat
