Well done on that anyway, we have a champion 8) and hopefully you will keep it off for next week..

I'm still aiming for 85 by Dec 17th but it was always going to be a big ask as I'm still basically 4 kilos short..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Thats fantastic!!!! Butterfly...HATS OFF!!!

I hit my goal this week of 65.5...actually 65.2 Kg

Hmmmm I dont want to focus on weight lose anymore so...need to do some research on fat %
SW: 87.7 kg
CW: 67.3 Kg
GW: 60.0 kg

week one I was 162.6kilos
and my last weigh-in was 152.6kilos

so far a loss of 10 kilos on the challenge, with a few more weeks left, and 2 kilos to go, looks like I might zoom past my goal of 12 kilos lost YAY


well done everyone else, its inspirational to see others loosing and heading towards goals too!

oh and butterfly dawn, how can you loose bone???? 7.2% to 7.1% lol

but seriosuly well done on the weightloss, I see you've gained muscle as well.
which scales do you use, they sound prtty intersting with llots of information!

Dang, you got me, I chopped off my leg. :roll:

I didn't lose bone, I lost bone percentage. Just means there's more of me made up by other stuff, most notably in this instance, water and muscle by the looks. That was one of the things that made me think this was an anomaly though.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
