Week 8; 15/11/10-21/11/10

I tried a lot harder this week but didn't fully follow the 10 goals that I set myself. To make things a bit more sensible for myself:
1. Drink 2L of Water a day
2. No Soft drinks
3. No Chocolates
4. No Chips
5. Takeaway Food allowed when within calorie allowances
6. Write down everything that I eat
7. Plan ahead with food
8. Eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day
9. Make an effort to exercise at least 30 minutes a day (the dogs would love to walk more)
10. Not weigh myself until next Sunday
