Week 8; 15/11/10-21/11/10

Week One: 94.3kg
Week Two: 92.4kg
Week Three: 92.4kg
Week Four: 91.6kg
Week Five: 93.4kg
Week Six: 91.9kg
Week Seven: 92.0kg
Week Eight: 91.2kg

Total Lost 3.1kg.

I tried a lot harder this week but didn't fully follow the 10 goals that I set myself. To make things a bit more sensible for myself:
1. Drink 2L of Water a day
2. No Soft drinks
3. No Chocolates
4. No Chips
5. Takeaway Food allowed when within calorie allowances
6. Write down everything that I eat
7. Plan ahead with food
8. Eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day
9. Make an effort to exercise at least 30 minutes a day (the dogs would love to walk more)
10. Not weigh myself until next Sunday

Mini GW: 88kg
Total GW: 61.2kg

Well done Juki you are doing so well! Dont be so hard on yourself rules are meant to be broken and it is a good sign that the weight is coming off even though you are breaking a few :wink: dont get down on yourself and enjoy now just in case it doesn't last.

So AFM, this week was a real triumph for me DD and I were both sick and I ALWAYS gain weight when I am sick...got down about it Friday night but then piced myself back up and researched all the foods that could make us better...surprise they were all healthy so against all odds I managed a loss this week!

Week 1: 70.9 Kg
Week 2: 69.6 Kg (-1.3)
Week 3: 69.4 Kg (-0.2)
Week 4: 69.4 Kg (-0.0)
Week 5: 68.2 Kg (-1.2)
Week 6: 67.5 Kg (-0.7)
Week 7: 66.5 Kg (-1.0)
Week 8: 66.0 Kg (-0.5)

Total lost so far: 4.9 Kg

So I am 500 grams off goal!

Week2 : 111.5kg (-1.7)
Week3 : 111.6kg (+0.1)
week4 : 110.5kg (-1.1)

Week6 : 109.5kg (-0.5)
Week7 : 109.4kg (-0.1) *Missed last week's update as I was at Adelaide*
Week8 : 108.4kg (-1.0)

Weight lost for the challenge 4.8kg (-4.24% original weight)

Goal Weight at end of 12 weeks : 99kg
weight required to loose 9.4kg

Will be flying off this Friday, so I will miss out week 9 and 10; Will use the weigh machines oversea, but wont be the same. (probably weigh more too :D )
Hopefully the damage wont be much from all the yummy food I will be tempted with :lol:

Week 2: 66.7 1kg loss
Week 3: 65.7 1kg loss
Week 4: 64.5 1.2kg loss
Week 5: 63.7 800g loss
Week 6: No weigh in
Week 7: 64.5 800g GAIN!
Week 8: 63.3 1.2kg LOSS!! 8) 8)

Really excited that I only have 3.3kg to loose in 4 weeks and I have achieved my goal woo hoo!! :D

Total lost on 12 week challenge: 4.4kg
Total lost on my personal challenge: 6.7kg 8)

Loss: 7.8 Kg
Aim: *85.0 Kg - by Dec 17th
To go: 4.2Kg

I weighed twice because I didn't trust that reading... still the same. I have NO IDEA what happened there. Maybe my body finally got the memo about needing to lose some blubber? Maybe it was the skipping? Maybe it's just some random error and next week I'll be at 86kg?
