Still feeling a bit off and had to stop the extreme dieting for a bit this week to try and get back to full health.

Week One: 94.3kg
Week Two: 92.4kg
Week Three: 92.4kg
Week Four: 91.6kg
Week Five: 93.4kg
Week Six: 91.9kg
Week Seven: 92.0kg
Week Eight: 91.2kg
Week Nine: 90.8kg
Week Ten: 91.5kg :x

Total Lost 2.8kg.

A new week is starting though so back on track... Starting Five weeks of extra strict dieting and exercise to try and prevent the Christmas celebrations adding to my waistline!

Mini GW: 88kg
Total GW: 61.2kg

Hi everyone well done in your losses!!!

Week 1: 67.7 Starting weight
Week 2: 66.7 1kg loss
Week 3: 65.7 1kg loss
Week 4: 64.5 1.2kg loss
Week 5: 63.7 800g loss
Week 6: No weigh in
Week 7: 64.5 800g GAIN!
Week 8: 63.3 1.2kg loss
Week 9: 62.7 600g loss
Week 10:62.7 Steady :)

I have 2.7 kg to loose in the remaining weeks, may even go a touch over my goal But if I dont I am really happy with my progress

Total loss on challenge: 5kg
Total loss overall: 7.3kg

Week6 : 109.5kg (-0.5)
Week7 : 109.4kg (-0.1) *Missed last week's update as I was at Adelaide*
Week8 : 108.4kg (-1.0)
Week9 : ???kg (Holiday)
Week10 : 108.6kg (+0.2)

Weight lost for the challenge 4.6kg (-4.06% original weight)

Goal Weight at end of 12 weeks : 99kg

Week 3 - away and unable to weigh in

Week 6: 07-Nov-10 - taken at a different time of day by necessity and the day after an extreme event with very different eating

Don't think I haven't noticed you climb back over 85 :wink:

Tell yer what in the new year I will race you to 79.9Kg -I want to get there by Apr 22nd but won't be starting till Jan 10th, expect to be circa 90 Kgs by then so I'm probably on another hiding but so be it :lol:

This time of year is the pits for weight loss efforts. Stupid Christmas food. BUT we're planning to go for a overnight bushwalk for Christmas rather than do the family sit around and stuff your face thing, so hopefully it won't be too bad.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
