Hi, I find my way here finally.

Quick post - I stuck to my goals last week, which were exercise daily, drink more water and eat less fat/crap. And it paid off :)

Starting weight - 70.4kgs
Week 1 weight - 68.5kgs

YAY! Onto week 2....

I realise I'm a bit late recording my weight loss for the first week but I started at 75kg and was 74.2kg on Monday morning. Goal remains getting to 70kg by the end of the challenge.

So... i stupidly posted my week 1 update in the sign up thread... so back on the 23rd i was 105kg.

Weigh ins on sunday mornings. So next is the 30th. Though between my birthday and aussie day i'm not sure i will have dropped a kilo. Trying hard. Done 6 weights sessions and 3 cardio. With cardio on friday/sat/sunday to come. Though weigh in on sunday is before cardio then. So....... we will see.... :mrgreen:
