W3 - 105.0 kg. Lost the kilo i put on in wk2....
Hm... this is annoying... plus i am travelling this week for 3 days for work... so... will need to be extra good.
I had two days where i wimped out on the zero carbs (mainly just avoiding pasta/rice/bread/etc.) and had pasta for dinner... one was a pretty small serving, the other i was in a blood crazy hunger induced mode after doing weights for an hr.... so err... was probably larger than i should have had proportion wise.
I also haven't been sleeping well...
I did the following this week:
4 x weights days: all muscle groups each day, 2 x 15 reps of the heaviest weight i can do for each exercise
walked 12 km sunday
played squash for 2 hrs saturday
did my boxing / cyclic thing twice for 30 mins total cardio twice.
I think my big problem is i don't get home from work till ~7pm, so i exercise from about 7.30 to about 8.30 usually. Which then means i struggle to get to sleep before midnight.
