I lost last weeks gain, and a little extra - woop woooop!!!
would LOVE to loose more per week, but gradual seems to be the longer lasting result, so i'm trying hard not to watch Biggest Loser and feel bad about my mini-loss compared to their big numbers.
This week i'm giving St Vinnies all my "fat" clothes so i'm not hoarding my for-when-i-get-fat-again clothes. Because this time.. the clothes i am wearing today are now my fat clothes.
Never to be bigger than this EVER again!!
