Have been a lot more disciplined this last week, not nearly enough exercise but I've been really under the cosh at work, anyway back tomorrow with my weigh in..

Okay...the scales this morning said 107.1 ( a loss of 600gms since last week I think). Although, just for the record, day before yesterday I was 106.9....Just wanted to write that down for the record :lol:

havent been great with my goals this week as I have been really preoccupied with medical stuff. Also taking two hormone injections a day so that has knocked me about a bit making me really tired.

However, still eating under my cals. Still eating low gi. Still havent had a diet coke. Still drinking more water.

Just got to get the other things into gear again!!!

You're doing all the right things, n2l, so it will show up on the scales at some stage. :)

I'm still at 71kg after a two weeks holiday. I was eating crap pretty much but we were very active so I haven't lost any but haven't put any on either.

I'm back into the groove now and eating well and exercising each day and with any luck I'll have good news next week!

Anyway weighed in at 86.9 Kgs this morning so a new low for me stretching right back to August 2008, so have to be happy with that and a 1.6 Kg loss for the week..

Started this challenge : 89.5 Kgs
Loss this challenge : 2.6 Kgs
Aim : 79.9 Kgs

Stayed the same this week... Not overly thrilled, but I feel better and I have been eating better. Have managed to drink my 2 litres of liquid (not a huge water fan - diet cordial for me...) 4 days in a row, so breaking bad habits. So, not all bad, but need to reassess a few things. I need to have huge week this week to reach my first mini goal... but I can and I will.

OOPS! :oops: :(

okay, gone back up to 104.2kg. expected that as I've been really sick with the flu for the past 5 days. so my healthy eating went out the window, but I wasn't eating anyway. drunk a lot of water though. I felt like a fish. :lol: feeling better today an I hope to offset this with a nice big loss next week.

    Starting Weight: 104.1kg
    Current Weight: 104.2kg
    Total Loss/Gain: +0.1kg

The 3 days of gym, starting the 30 day shred dvd, and eating well has paid off! I lost 1.1kgs this week!

Hope I can do another 1kg this week. Just brought myself a little exercise bike for $49 at Kmart for when I watch tv at night!

Well done for everyone so far :)

well done team. Keep going. sorry about being late again with weigh in. Truth is I didn't write in last week because my weight was up to 74.8 and I was cross with myself. I've been in bed with a virus since friday night and hardly been able to eat so my weight is 73kg. Whilst I feel disgusting, it's oddly satisfying to think something positive can come out of something so unendurable. So I'm 3kg away from my goal weight.

104kg. Down a kilo despite going to site (i.e. lots of free food and no need to do dishes on offer!)
