I'm calorie counting and eat approx 2000 cals a day, and burn off at least 300 cals. Plus i burn 800 cals twice or three times a week with walking and doing strength exercises.
Its not showing on the scales but i've got more energy, my moods are improving and i'm fitting into my clothes comfortably.
In the next week i'd really really reeaallly like to see some numbers drop. Can anyone tell me if the calories i'm sticking to are a good number? I'm 163cm tall and weigh 118kg.
