well after last week my weight tapered off this past week, be back in the morning with weekly weigh in but don't expect fireworks..

Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Down to 66.4kgs this week. I didn't do any days at gym, just stuck to my Jilliam Michaels 30 day shred, and have gotten back into dancing for an hour a day while the kids are at school. Been watching my fat intake, and going in just under my calories each day.
This week will be interesting - I sprained my ankle yesterday :|

Much better week this week! Weighed in at 100.6kg this morning, so getting closer. That is a loss of 1.7kg this week and 2.5kg on the challenge. Woo hoo! Went for a 1 hour bush walk yesterday and felt great. Hoping to motivate the kids and husband go for a another one today :) My kids start back at school this week and I have a few days off work, so looking forward to a few longs walks mid week :D Still sneaking a few bits that I shouldn't as far as diet goes, but not as much crap as I used to eat!!! Good luck to everyone else and hope you are feeling good too...

No change for me the past week, hopefully better next week..

Started this challenge : 89.5 Kgs
Loss this challenge : 2.6 Kgs
Aim : 79.9 Kgs

i'm back to my original weight of 118kg ... HOWEVER I no longer have to lay on the bed and squeeze, force, scream my way into my jeans. :lol:

I'm calorie counting and eat approx 2000 cals a day, and burn off at least 300 cals. Plus i burn 800 cals twice or three times a week with walking and doing strength exercises.

Its not showing on the scales but i've got more energy, my moods are improving and i'm fitting into my clothes comfortably. :)

go me!

In the next week i'd really really reeaallly like to see some numbers drop. Can anyone tell me if the calories i'm sticking to are a good number? I'm 163cm tall and weigh 118kg.

102.5 kg. Down 1.5kg this week. :D What did i do? Walked/jogged ~30km and played squash for 3 hrs and had a pretty good diet asides from last night as was at a house warming... so had a few beers :oops: Also have moved up to 12.5kg dumbbells for my weight routines 3x per week.

If you go to this site http://www.calorieking.com.au/ type in your height, weight and age it will tell you how many calories to stick to per day. It helped me alot, but I haven't been sticking to it for about 5 or 6 weeks and have been binging/overeating.
