Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

I weighed in and am down to 69kg. yay me :D I have been very stricton my calories this week but I know that my food choices haven't always been wonderful!
I'm now 5kg from my goal and it's certainly slowing down but I'll get there eventually. :D

I will be weighing in tomorrow morning too - thats great only being 5kgs away from goal weight. I have about 7kgs till mine, but I might still want to lose another 5 or 6 - will see when I get there :)

Not much of a change, 86.8 Kgs this morning..

Started this challenge : 89.5 Kgs
Loss this challenge : 2.7 Kgs
Aim : 79.9 Kgs
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)

I lost another 1.1kgs this week, my weight being 65.3kgs. Not bad at all considering my ankle (although I did way more on it than I should of). Hopefully next week I will be 64kgs - I haven't been that weight since I had my first child 9 years ago!

I thought that too about losing more than goal. 64kg puts me at the top of my healthy weight range which sounded so unachievable when I first started but the closer I get to it the more I think that I can go for mid-range in the healthy area. See how it goes.

Quickly popping in to update. I did not weigh in this week, I just havent had time. But exercise has been really good and eating is totally getting there.

Will update next week. Keep going with the awesome results guys !!

Had a sneak at the scales this morning for Mondays weigh in and wished I didn't - it isn't looking to promising despite sticking to my plan :( Oh well, let's see what happens on Monday *fingers crossed* .....
