Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

84.8 Kgs this morning..

Started this challenge : 89.5 Kgs
Loss this challenge : 4.7 Kgs
Aim : close to 79.9 Kgs as possible
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)

Well, I'm still hovering somewhere around 67kg.
It was my birthday this week so I did have a few treats that I could have done without BUT I was also in town so got to go to the gym a couple of times.
I did a spin class one night and a BodyPump the next day that made me sore for days LOL

My original goal was to be where I wanted to be by the birthday so I have missed it by a couple kilos and now I know more about losing weight I will drop my goal down to 60kg which is entirely in my healthy weight range. In a way I am a bit disappointed that I am not at my goal BUT I look at where I was and where I am now and am very proud of myself as well. Just sitting here typing this and being able to see the bones and muscles working in my hands is great LOL I know that probably sounds silly but I had never seen them before!

Yes looks like it doesn't it? As for your progress, theres usually a tapering off at the end.. anyway well done with your loss and don't worry about the slow down as you near your goal, its usually the way and as if it would be that easy? the changes you have made to your life style will hopefully keep you in good stead to keep the weight off permanently..

Just one peice of advice, never take your eye off the ball, never think you have beaten it, this is a life time commitment and you only have to look at my yoyo'ing as evidence it can all quite easily fall apart again, l leave those weight fluctuations there to remind me every day of this as 3 years ago I thought I had it sussed but ultimately had just not learned enough..

Was still 102 kg on Sunday. Forgot to post but did weigh in.

Not really committing enough... i don't feel like exercise once it's dark and i've been working too much lately and then only feel like socialising on the weekend.

Need to allocate more time for exercise.

But luckily i've been eating well, doing weights and everything and haven't gained any weight. So i've proven that I can maintain my weight at 102kg which is nice. I guess....
