hmmm..i sort of have to let the side down here...I weighed in this morning (monday) and saw - 69.2
so my starting weight that i posted last week was - 68 kg....makes that a gain

of 1.2
unfortunately when I posted my starting weight last week I
did not actually get on the scales, that was what I had weighed the last time i got on the scales which was three weeks ago....so after counting calories allllllll week I really have no idea it I had a loss at all
so I plan to begin here and now with my
correct weight
SW - 69.2
