Omg I LOVE my RunKeeper app! I can do whatever I want and just randomly walk and it will set it all out without me noticing :D
I combined that with TargetWeight which tracks my weight, my loss/gain (in a graph woo!) as well as my BMI :D I like making the line go down :D

Back into the context though, I have been naughty, but I'm hopping back on the horse. I have been sick the last few days, and haven't done any exercise :(. But i did go for a fitness assessment at the gym and I went to water aerobics where our instrctor decided to change things up! My body hurts lol :D Haven't gotten on the scales again trying to be good :)

Week one results:

Starting Weight: 121.5
Current Weight: 120.0

YAY!!! SO Happy I've lost something this week, I've been hitting the gym and counting calories big time!

How did everyone else go?

Oh and about tracking your runs I used the motion X GPS app on my iphone, love it! I think it's similar to the run keeper pro but when my friend told me about it I was already obsessed with the Motion X one....

I'm going to wait till monday for my official recording, I keep hopping on the scales and peeking, and some days its low and othe days it's high.
I don't think I'm going to do to well really this week, I've been sick so I've not done much exercise and I am still figuring out a realistic food plan that I can live with. Not that the chocolate is helping...

Weighed in officially on Wednesday morning and I wasn't surprised to see I was back up to 89.9kg, with a gain of 5.35kg since the end of February :shock:

So, here goes:

SW: 89.9kg
CW: 89.4KG (possibly)
GW: 79kg

So, I've done my first 12 week weigh in.

sw -135.2
cw - 134.6

Yes, it is a loss, but I'm feeling disappointed - but not really surprised.

My life is soooooooo different to any other time in my past when I've lost weight. Losing good numbers each week is pretty standard for me (based on past experience). But that is becasue I could always have that as my number one goal. Now, my life revolves around work (and I'm not happy about it) and even if there where 50 hours in a day there wouldn't be enough time to do all I need to do. So carving out exercise time from my schedule is ridiculously difficult.

So, I need to learn to prioritise, prioritise, prioritise! and I can see that being 100% with my diet is going to be incredibly important - even though I may feel like I've done nothing but work hard all day, it's clearly NOT the sort of hard work that allows one to eat just that little bit more.

Anyway, a loss is a loss and I'll not be detered. If nothing else, I need to lose weight so that I'm in a better position to get a NEW job at the end of the year (one with a more realistic work load!!!!)

Weighed in yesterday.

Starting weight 89.0kg
Current weight 88.2kg.

Dont think the next week will be good as I'm sick and can't go do my normal weekend gym sessions.

Stepped on the scales this morning and this is what I saw:

SW: 76kg
CW: 74.4kg

1.6kg is great and its certainly making me feel motivated but I will always be happy providing im losing rather than gaining!

hey there,

is it too late to join. i have been slowly losing weight since new years, but could definately use the boost of a challenge. yesterdays weigh in i was 71.5kg, would love to get to say 64Kg by the end of the challenge. which would only be another 7kg til goal weight.

I think that this would be just a bit of an extra push for me too.

At the begining of this challenge i was 85kgs
Today I am 83.9kgs
Loss of 1.1kgs
I think that is a pretty good result seeing as I didnt have a very good week. Exercises every day but had the occassional slip up with some naughty foods.

I hope everyone did super this week,

I weighed in today and have a loss of 1kg :P (SO HAPPY)

Start weight 70kg
Goal weight 50kg
loss to date 1kg
Current weight is 69kg

It feels great to have made a small achievement and i hope i can make many more.

Congrats to you all for your weight loss in week 1, cant wait to see what next week brings for us all :lol:

Well weighed in this morning.
starting weight for this challenge was 146.7kgs.
I am now happy to report that my current weight is 144.6kg. A loss of 2.1kgs!!!!!! Yay!!!
So happy with that result and bring on week 2

congratulations on all the weight losses in week 1, its great to see and motivational...well done to all

hmmm..i sort of have to let the side down here...I weighed in this morning (monday) and saw - 69.2 :?

so my starting weight that i posted last week was - 68 kg....makes that a gain :( of 1.2
unfortunately when I posted my starting weight last week I did not actually get on the scales, that was what I had weighed the last time i got on the scales which was three weeks ago....so after counting calories allllllll week I really have no idea it I had a loss at all :?


so I plan to begin here and now with my correct weight
SW - 69.2
Next weigh in - Monday 16th May
