A loss of 1.7kg this week!!! Yay! And that was with only 3 exercise sessions last week, 2 of which were only half an hour or less lol. Went for a 40 minute power walk/jog on Sunday and again today, hoping to do this everyday this week! Listening to Led Zeppelin helps get those legs moving too :p sooo happy to see everyone has had great results this week! Let's do this thing!!!
