I just imagine that the food is full of maggots and will kill me and that turns me right off. Then when I'm doing the food shop and going to grab some coffee (and they always put something tempting down every aisle e.g. chocolate biscuits right down the coffee isle) I just think that someone's put razors into those chocolate biscuits... then I no longer get that temptation feeling.

Don't give up now, you are doing a great job!! It's okay to have something naughty every now and then but testing yourself to get back on the horse afterwards is the real challenge. Defeat that and you will be feeling on top of the world! Much better than the fleeting good feeling from a piece of chocolate
