Well no loss for me this week, still need to work on a better eating plan,,i work as a lawnmowing contractor so i get more excercise than most but theres bakerys,delis and servos pulling me in along my route,,,i want to start taking my own lunches for the first time ever,,i was also out in my Hobie kayak yesterday morning (there have pedals) and are great for low impact excercise like a cross trainer,,this week i will be aiming for a better eating plan that i can sustain into the future,,,,,,ended up going to the gym twice this week it was very uncomfortable going in but being a 24 hour one i can go late,i now feel comfortable going so thats another small thing accomplished
Hopeing to hit my strides this week and lose 1 kg,,will be the first loss in years if i do,,
