Congrats on the loss Kitty, 1.1kgs is still pretty good. I totally agree with you about the Duromine though. I am also back on it, this is week 3 for me and I have been a little disappointed in the low numbers that have been coming up on my weigh-in days. Like you, the last time I used it i was losing 2-3kgs a week with less exercise then I am currently doing. But on the positive side a loss is still a loss no matter how big or small the number is :D
Personally I am terrified of jumping on the scales come Monday, Ive been sick all week and have done hardly any exercise. And your very right about weekends with friends around. My diet seems to go out the window because Im so happy to be around the people that I love.
But stay strong, I know your going to do really well :D

Last week- 88.2kg
This week- 88.6kg.

Gain of 400g. I expected it since I've been sick all week and havent been able to hit the gym. Hopefully next week will be better.

Wow, great job, Kitty, that's a fantastic result!! You can still make healthier options and enjoy a great weekend with your bf. Have yummy dinners but something a little on the healthier side or only small portions of the bad things. You will feel great knowing you resisted! Keep it up! :mrgreen:

Morning everyone :)

It's been great reading everyone's posts - well done and good luck to all of you!

I was aprehensive jumping on the scales this morning. I had a feeling (i think its called guilt :roll: ) for not exercising enough ....

Last week: 74.4

This week: 73.4

Very happy with the loss of 1kg. Now I just have to get my butt of the couch and start moving it!!

Well no loss for me this week, still need to work on a better eating plan,,i work as a lawnmowing contractor so i get more excercise than most but theres bakerys,delis and servos pulling me in along my route,,,i want to start taking my own lunches for the first time ever,,i was also out in my Hobie kayak yesterday morning (there have pedals) and are great for low impact excercise like a cross trainer,,this week i will be aiming for a better eating plan that i can sustain into the future,,,,,,ended up going to the gym twice this week it was very uncomfortable going in but being a 24 hour one i can go late,i now feel comfortable going so thats another small thing accomplished :idea:

Hopeing to hit my strides this week and lose 1 kg,,will be the first loss in years if i do,,

Personally if i was loseing a kg a week sitting on the couch i would write a book and make some $$$$ :mrgreen:

Hi all, i hope everyone has had a good week :D

Well this week was a hard one :( but im so happy to report that i had a loss this week YAY :D.

Start weight was 70kg
Goal weight is 50kg
Total loss this week 2.3kg
Thats a total loss of 3.3kg

I feel really happy with the result this week :D

CONGRATS TO EVERYONE THIS WEEK WELL DONE ALL :D

Was very nervous to get on the scales this week even though I had been working very hard!
But was very happy with the results!
Last week: 66.5
This week: 64.7

looks like your hard work paid off Kate_thomas...1.8 kilo loss is a great one! congrats to everyone else who has had a good week and for those who didn't just keep at it, the results will come

So I weighed in this morning...

Last week: 69.2
this week: 68.9

so a 300gm loss....only small, but at least it's going in the right direction, I worked hard on using calorie king all week and keeping under 1200 calories a day, some days were much harder than others but overall i found it okay, my challenge this week is to get into a regular exercise groove

Well the weight is still coming off which is good.

Starting weight for the challenge was 146.7kg
Weight after week 2 of the challenge is 143.3kg
Total loss over 2 weeks is 3.4kgs.

I am so happy. I wasn't expecting these type of results which is absolutely awesome!!

Good luck to everyone for week 3. Keep motivated and hope you all get great results. :-)

Every one is doing great!! Congratulations all :)

No change on the scale here but am continuing the weights every day and can see and feel the difference which was my goal. Am happy :mrgreen:

Well Im sad to say that I havent had a loss this week :( But on the up side I havent had a gain either so that made me smile :)
Unfortunately I had some medical problems during the week which stopped me from exercising which made me depressed, and being depressed I went to the fridge for comfort, but made healthy choices, well 99% of the time.

But all better now so full steam ahead.

Congrats to everyone on their loss for week 2, best of luck to you all for week 3 :D

No loss this week, which is so sad.... :( but I tend to retain alot of water weight during this time of the month, so I'm hoping for a double loss next week - or anything would be good! :D

haha no not quite - i did exercise but not nearly enough!! I have to say that I have made changes to the types of food I am eating so I'm sure that contributed to the weightloss but as we all know - to make it sustainable you have to exercise so thats my goal for week 3.

No book deal here I'm afraid!!
