I weighed myself this morning and was 103.5kgs which is a gain of 200gms this week, but ahh well I have been slack and thats my punishment haha
So as of today I am starting one and one personal training monday nights which is basic weights and getting back into it slowly and doing 3 x 45 min intensive sessions per week with walking... Geeezz I should loose weight next week!! Fingers crossed!!
