my goal is 60/63 kilos....that was my weight 3 years ago, it was a easy to maintain and a weight i felt very comfortable at, so if i aim for the top end of that range I have 7 kilos that I would love to lose.... oh and my height is 164cm (not overly tall, lol)
Interesting what you say about the 1200 calories being little/very little and that perhaps I should think about adding a few calories, I was going to go in the other direction and drop some calories this week as well as ramping up my exercise...hmmmm it really is very confusing isn't it, what to do, what to do???
I think I might sleep on it for a day or so, continue what I am doing and see if anyone else has any thoughts
