Well I had a mini meltdown this morning I got on the scales and they said that I had gained 400grams. I have slogged my guts out at the gym all week and I was just so disappointed. I told my hubby and he thought that can't be right so he jumped on the scales and they weighed him a kilo out. I got back on and I had miraculously lost a kilo.

I hopped on again and I had gained another 700grams

so my scales are stuffed!
I went to the gym and weighed myself on their scales but they weigh me much heavier than mine did to start with so it's quite a big setback as they read 98.2kg so if I went with that it would be a gain of 1.3 kgs.

I know I haven't put that much on even if it is that time of the month! I must have put a bit on though.
I might amend my goal weight for the end of the challenge to 91kgs rather than 90kgs and just suck it up and weigh each week at the gym. Gee the scales can really do my head in at times!
So this week I am back up to 98.2kgs.
