Another pleaseing week from 89.8 to 88.9 around 900 grams lost,, i know i can do better tho,,hopefully get over that 1 kg mark next week.

I am very happy to post that I have had another great week. Didnt always eat the best thing but I am learning "moderation". And hard work always pays off in the end :D
This time last week I was: 82.5kgs
Today I am: 81.1kgs
Giving me a total loss of 1.4kgs :D
Very pleased with my results this week :D

Congratulations to everyone for week 4. Wishing you all the best of luck in week 5 :)

finally the scale has moved in a good direction this morning!

Start - 72.2
End of: Wk 1 - 71.2
Wk 2 - 70.6
Wk 3 - 71.1
Wk 4 - 70.2

Essentially just under where I was a few weeks ago, but very happy to be there :D

Well I had a mini meltdown this morning I got on the scales and they said that I had gained 400grams. I have slogged my guts out at the gym all week and I was just so disappointed. I told my hubby and he thought that can't be right so he jumped on the scales and they weighed him a kilo out. I got back on and I had miraculously lost a kilo. :? I hopped on again and I had gained another 700grams :roll: so my scales are stuffed!

I went to the gym and weighed myself on their scales but they weigh me much heavier than mine did to start with so it's quite a big setback as they read 98.2kg so if I went with that it would be a gain of 1.3 kgs. :cry: I know I haven't put that much on even if it is that time of the month! I must have put a bit on though. :(

I might amend my goal weight for the end of the challenge to 91kgs rather than 90kgs and just suck it up and weigh each week at the gym. Gee the scales can really do my head in at times!

So this week I am back up to 98.2kgs.

So this week I have lost but I'm still frustrated that they are still small losses!!!! :x

Last weigh in: 119.8
Current weight: 119.3

and a little loss for me too *sigh*

Start: 69.2 kg
Wk 2: 68.9 kg
Wk 3: 70 kg
Wk 4: 69.7


THat's a 300 gm loss this week, at least I'm heading in the right direction

My goal for this week is to get below what my starting weight was

Well i am a little late with the weigh in but finally hopped on the scales this morning

Week 3 I weighed in at 142.5kg
Week 4 I am now 141.3kg
I am so excited that I have lost 1.2kgs. I wasn't expecting it but very happy about it lol.

Congrats to everyone who have lost weight. And to any who have gained, don't panic. Make it motivation for this new week.
