Ok, I have a reason to be extra good this week! One of the reasons I started this challenge was to surprise my boyfriend at the end of his 10 week prac because I didn't think I'd be seeing him for all of it. Well, now I'm seeing him next weekend! I've been trying to put him off the scent this whole time, like when he asks how my diet is going I'll say, "Oh, not too well, I've been so stressed I just can't be bothered running..." LIES. I
really want to be under 95kg by the time I see him, he's going to be so shocked! I'm so giddy I have to use extra exclamation marks!!!
So here's my plan for a big loss:
ZERO refined carbs (yes, that means breakfast too)
ZERO sweet foods (only exceptions is fruit)
AT LEAST four cardio sessions, three of which will be C25K
DAILY strength exercises (I usually do 50 situps and a 60 second plank as soon as I get out of bed, then morning and night I do either 30 push ups, 30 tricep dips, 30 squats or 30 lunges)
I'm ridiculously excited. Of course, this will all probably be followed by a weekend of chocolate, wine and bed lazing but some things are just worth breaking the diet for
