Starting Wt : 87.4 Kg

Now : 86.9 Kg

Loss on Challenge : 0.5 Kg

Hi all, so happy to be a part of something!!!!

Anyway, I am not in Oz, but that should not make too much of a difference, just that it is very hot here, and summer has arrived, so another reason to lose the extra kilo's. I am in Dubai and around 44 degrees right now.

Started this 'diet' on 1st of June, and hoping to reach target weight by end of July, when I am going to Europe to see some relatives, and I don't want them to be in shock when they see that I have put all this weight on.

Starting weight: 77.9
Current weight: 75.3 (on 6 June)
Target weight: 66 or so...

Have not been exercising much, as it is way too hot, but planning to get the running machine going this week. Instead, I cleaned the house from top to bottom today without having the ac on and I was absolutely knackered at the end of it.

I think I've missed a couple of weeks checking in. oops. But really nothing has changed!

I did have a not so good week food wise last week as I had to take my son to a school camp which was just full of yummy morning/arvo smokos. But there was no damage on teh scales so I must have been half good LOL

Am on week 6 of the couch to 5k prgramme and am enjoying it but have hurt a calf muscle so have to give it a rest for a couple days. I've been doing weights instead of cardio so at least keeping the exercise going.

And I discovered oatmeal for brekkie. Cold mornings are so much better now!

99kg

Have NFI how i lost 1 kg this week. Only did a few weights sessions. Kept what i ate to good foods, but I'm not dieting. Just eating good healthy stuff generally. Didn't do any specific exercise. Miraculous. Those other 8kg took HEAPS of ridiculous amounts of effort.

Good Morning everyone.

I did forget to post up my weight last week but it stayed the same as week 4.

Last weeks weight was: 141.3kg
Week 6: 139.4kg

A loss of 1.9kg!!! So so happy about this result. And I am 400g away from my first mini goal.

Bring on week 7 :-)

This week I was sick as a dog with Pneumonia, I didnt take Duromine at all and I was on 3 different types of anti-biotics. But the anti biotics that I was on made my taste buds go very funny and food just tasted horrible no matter what it was, even water didnt taste right and to top it off I had nausea for the entire week :(
without any exercise or anything I have lost 1.7kilos. Currently sitting on 77.8kgs.
I know that losing weight when your sick isnt good, and I wouldnt be suprised if I put a little bit back on now that I am better and eating. But thought I should post up anyways.
Congrats to everyone on their work this week, good luck to all for next week :)

Wk 4 - 70.2
Wk 5 - 69.3
Wk 6 - 69.9 :roll:

havn't even been bad this week (with the exception of a dinner out last night - but I still limited myself to a taste of the entree, only some of the potatoes and rice with the main etc and no gelato afterwards) - stuck to calories despite being hungry all week! Anyways - bit annoyed at just how slow I am going at present... perhaps it is time to re-evaluate my calorie intake...

GO Dannielle! You haven't lost your momentum this whole time!!! You are so close to 10kgs!!!!

So anyway I will not be weighing in this week due to TTOTM where I am guaranteed to have put on at least 3kgs of water weight.... :evil:

I have still been exercising and eating well so it should be all good for next week! Well done everyone on your losses.
