Thought I would post my results for the past week, or am I actually meant to post them onto week 6??? Not sure, so if someone knows, please kick my backside and I will do so in future...

77.9 SW (1/6)
75.3 6/6
72.8 (13/6)
Target Weight 66 or somewhat less...

Just went for a run today after work (only 5km but that's all i can do). Man slowly but surely my body is getting addicted to the concept of getting fit...

Had my GPS watch on. Dragged it over to my PC after the run. Nothing more likely to stop those hunger cravings than looking over fancy graphs showing all that running that you just did while you drink in some water and your heart rate slows down. I am now addicted. This time didn't get shin splints from the run (so clearly not the shoes being the issue like I first presumed - just my muscles not being used to all that running! :shock: ). Feel absolutely awesome at the moment. Though i'm sure tomorrow i'll feel a bit sore.

So far this week is going good:
Monday: 5km run
Tuesday: weights x 40 min
Wednesday (today): 5km run

SICK!

Looking forward to sunday weigh in already :)

I'm actually really happy with myself because this exercise is happening between 7 and 8pm after work and it's cold, dark and rainy in Perth at the moment.

I always admire people than can run anywhere,i am around 90 kg and can only shuffle like 50 meters ,lol

Yes the weathers shocking for weight loss i am in Perth as well,,i have two 24 hours gyms nearby so thats a help,,but winter must be hard for people without gym access,,

Oh i'm kind of glad the weather is shocking so that nobody else is running where i run.. i'm sure they'd just be chuckling away at the fat guy running along looking in bad form, looking like i'm about to collapse and in a lot of pain and misery, with heavy breathing that can be heard from the otherside of the park... :D

I wish i was like those annoyingly fit people that can run everywhere forver. However, if I think I can run everywhere, and do run everywhere (despite looking ridiculous when doing it) eventually I might become one of those annoying people.

Calve muscles are absolutely killing me today. :( Hopefully i'll be able to get another run in tomorrow as a substitute for after work drinks.

Well I was bad and instead went out after work and saw Little Red at Amps. Hmmm...

Anyway.. played squash today with a couple of mates for 2 hrs.

I'm really worried i've got a stress fracture in my fibula in both legs. The only thing that makes me think I might not have one is that it's in the exact same spot in both legs....

Anyone else ever had like really bad throbbing pain in one specific spot on their leg that hurts to put weight on it and doesn't go away after stopping exercise? Is it just muscle fatigue? Bah... i know you're all just going to say to go to my GP or physio to check it out....

Hmm... so after 2 x weights, 10km running, 2hrs squash and eating healthy i've lost nothing this week... still 99 kg. Body is in tatters and feels like it needs some recovery. Not doing anything today as sunday is my day off. Went to a mate's and made pancakes with bananas and strawberries on top.

Well no major change for me this week.
Last week : 77.8kgs
Current weight : 77.1kgs

But a loss is still a loss. Congrats to everyone for week 7. Best of luck for next week :D

So I've been pretty slack with my diet this weekend, so I'm lucky I have lost anything at all. :oops:

Last week: 118.7
This week: 118.6

LOL!! I shouldn't really laugh about it, it's pathetic really....

Anyway I'm back on the wagon now so heres to better future results!
