So this week I have lost 500g - pretty happy about that considering I hurt my back last week and my physio had banned me from heavy weight sessions and my fave classes at my gym.
Last weeks weight: 118.6
Current weight: 118.1
What I don't get is when you think you will lose nothing you do and then when you think you will you don't.....bodies can be so weird.
On another note has anyone else noticed that we seem to be dropping in numbers in this 12 week challenge?
First mini goal is to reach 110kgs - achieved November 2011
Second mini Goal is to reach 105kgs -
