Weighed in this morning...84.4kg :( it's my own fault, I have no one else to Blane. But I'm determined to reach the 10kg loss by the end of this challenge! And I will not stop til I reach that goal and then onwards I go into the 70's!!!

Hey JP what do you think's different this time around as compared to last time? I swear in the last 12 week challenge you were monstering away. Has anything in your new lifestyle changed?

So this week I have lost 500g - pretty happy about that considering I hurt my back last week and my physio had banned me from heavy weight sessions and my fave classes at my gym.

Last weeks weight: 118.6
Current weight: 118.1

What I don't get is when you think you will lose nothing you do and then when you think you will you don't.....bodies can be so weird. :lol:

On another note has anyone else noticed that we seem to be dropping in numbers in this 12 week challenge?

Weighed in this morning 99 kg. Was annoyed as was sitting on more like 98.5 ish the whole week... was a bit bloated when I woke up though. Also I wasn't exercising this week, just weights, as gave myself the biggest shin splints of my life after running a total of ~15km last week.

After my crappy weigh in, I went for a 6 km jog/run/hobble this afternoon. Shin splints started killing me after 2km. Cut it short and only did 3.5km. :evil:

Last week: 77.1kgs
This week: 76.8kgs
Loss of: 300grams
