I have been away for 3wks - staying with my family, stopped counting calories, ate out at least 5 nights out of 7 each week (easily) and cooked delicious new recipes that I learnt at a private cooking lesson with the retired chef from my favourite italian restaurant!!! (=LOTS of cheese, bechamel sauce, lugs of oil left right and centre - as a side note I am soo excited to have had this lesson - this guys food is AMAZING) and barely put on a gram considering

- I had just cracked into the high 68s before I left but honestly I am so happy with still being around that mark - having been counting for a couple of months I found I didnt even want to eat some of the breakfast/lunch options I would usually have gobbled multiples of because I knew their horrifying secrets now

, tried to eat well but assumed the dinners would be more than a bit of a downfall - but hey, not too bad imo
